These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AutoFlex Care website, membership plans, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or completing checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not complete your purchase or use the Service.

AutoFlex Care memberships are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and own or are the primary operator of an eligible vehicle. You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and contact details, and for keeping this information up to date.

Membership benefits, coverage limits, and eligible repairs are described on the relevant plan pages at the time of purchase. Coverage begins only after your first payment is successfully processed and any applicable waiting period has passed.

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise stated at checkout). By completing checkout, you authorize AutoFlex Care to charge your chosen payment method the applicable membership fee, plus any taxes, automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We may update pricing from time to time; any changes will apply to the next billing cycle and we will give you reasonable notice in advance.

You may cancel your membership at any time from your account area or by contacting our support team. Cancellation stops future renewals; your benefits remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.

Membership fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your request promptly.

AutoFlex Care helps cover the cost of eligible small repairs through a network of trusted garages, subject to the coverage limits, exclusions, and fair-use conditions of your plan. Coverage is not insurance and does not extend to routine maintenance, pre-existing issues, cosmetic work, or repairs not authorized in advance where authorization is required.

We do not guarantee the availability of any particular garage or appointment time, and repair work is performed by independent service providers responsible for their own workmanship.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, resell, or interfere with the Service or its network partners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoFlex Care and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your membership in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Service or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the website or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
